You might receive the following types of notifications, listed in order of decreasing severity: - **Alert**: Something unusual or incorrect has occurred, and the user should take notice and try to resolve the situation, if possible, or contact Nasuni Support for assistance, if necessary. Alerts generate emails to the user, if the user has set up email. - **Error**: Something unusual or incorrect has occurred, and the user should take notice and try to resolve the situation, if possible. Errors generate email messages to the user, if the user has set up email. - **Warning**: Something unusual has happened, but the user need not take action. - **Info**: The system has performed an action, or has changed its state, in such a way that the user might be interested, but that does not require action or attention. Alert and Error messages often require some action. Warning and Info messages usually require no action. ## Nasuni Alert Reference Table This table shows alerts that customers might observe, along with the meaning of the alert and what to do about the alert. ### “Alert”-type alerts Something unusual or incorrect has occurred, and the user should take notice and try to resolve the situation, if possible, or contact Nasuni Support for assistance, if necessary.
