End-of-Sale Notification
Nasuni is announcing the official End-of-Sale for Nasuni 15G Hardware.
Your account has been identified as having one or more of this appliance models in use.
The End-of-Sale date is March 31, 2026.
Note: Reaching the End-of-Sale date does not mean that these models will no longer be supported by Nasuni. Nasuni will continue to honor all warranties associated with 15G Hardware and will continue to support the Nasuni software on this platform until an announced End-of-Life (EOL) date, and we will provide you with notice prior to the EOL date.

Why is this hardware model going End-of-Sale?
A Nasuni product goes End-of-Sale when Nasuni and supply chain vendors determine that it is no longer feasible to market and sell the product. This can be for several reasons including market demands, technology innovation, hardware availability or development driving changes into the product. Products also mature over time and are replaced by richer functionality. This is the case with the 15G Nasuni Hardware.
Therefore, Nasuni will be placing a last time buy with our supply chain vendor based on our forecasted hardware quotes through the end of March. Please reach out to your Nasuni Account Manager with any questions.
What replacement options are available?
For customers requiring hardware systems, Nasuni recommends upgrading to new 17G Nasuni hardware models once they are made available for ordering. These new models are expected to be released prior to End of Sale of 15G Nasuni hardware. Official announcement through Release Notes for new hardware support shall be made available once the new generation of hardware is officially released. Once official notification is released, contact your Nasuni Account Manager or email AMTeam@nasuni.com.
What happens when 15G hardware reaches End-of-Sale?
Once the End of Sale date is reached, 15G Nasuni hardware will no longer be orderable as an official SKU and will be taken out of the available ordering catalog.
What if I need to replace components for my Nasuni Edge Appliances that have been identified for End-of-Sale?
Any applicable hardware warranties that are still valid shall remain supported by Nasuni until the hardware warranty expires, which will allow the replacement of failed components/parts during the warranty period. Warranty extensions remain available through Nasuni up to 7 years from the initial warranty date or up to the End-of-Software-Support / End-of-Life date which has yet to be announced.
