Upcoming Launch: New Nasuni Portal
Action Required for Customers using NOC SSO
Nasuni is excited to announce the upcoming launch of the Nasuni Portal (portal.nasuni.com), which will be rolled out to customers in the coming weeks. This new portal will replace the current Nasuni Orchestration Center (NOC, account.nasuni.com). The Nasuni Portal represents a major step toward a unified, SaaS-based management experience. It offers enhanced security, robust API support, and a streamlined user interface.
The Nasuni Management Console (NMC) will remain your primary tool for daily administrative tasks.
Do I need to take any action?
Yes. Your account has been identified as using SSO to access the current NOC (account.nasuni.com). To ensure a seamless login experience with your SSO credentials, please add the new Portal URL (portal.nasuni.com) to your identity provider (e.g., Okta or Microsoft Entra ID) as soon as possible. Refer to our SSO Guide for more instructions.
Important: After making the SSO changes, please email portalpm@nasuni.com so we can transition your account to the new experience.
If the new Portal URL is not added to your SSO configuration, you may encounter sign-in issues and redirect errors when attempting to log in to portal.nasuni.com. These errors occur because your identity provider does not recognize the new domain and blocks the authentication request.
