Upcoming Nasuni Community Portal Refresh

We’re excited to share that the Nasuni Community Portal is getting an upgrade! We’re launching a refreshed Community Portal designed to make access and collaboration easier than ever, with automatic user provisioning built in.

The new Community Portal is scheduled to go live on or after April 13th, 2026.

What is changing?

  • New URL: The Community Portal address is changing to https://support.nasuni.com.

    • After the new Community Portal is live, https://community.nasuni.com will redirect users to https://support.nasuni.com where they will be prompted to set a new password.

    • If your company has strict security access controls for websites, please safelist https://support.nasuni.com to ensure consistent access.

  • New Password Required: All customers and partners with a Community Portal login will need to set a new password.

  • Password Resets: Will be self-service within the new Community Portal.

  • Automated Provisioning for New Users: We are streamlining access for new users for the Community Portal. When your team members submit a support case, they will be provisioned with access automatically, if their email address comes from your company domain. You will no longer have to manually request access for new users.

  • Saved Bookmarks Will Need Updating: Legacy links to specific cases or Knowledge Base (KB) articles will no longer function, because the KB article numbers are changing. KB article titles will not change.

  • Discussion Boards: In an effort to invest in areas that deliver the most value to our community, we are deprecating the discussion boards feature, which saw limited engagement last year.

Required Action

  1. On or after April 13th, look for an automated welcome email with the subject line “Welcome to Nasuni Customer Community Portal – Your New Account Details Enclosed” from community@nasuni.com.

  2. Click the link in the welcome email to verify your identity and create a new password. Your email username will remain the same.

    Note: For your security, this activation link is only valid for 7 days. If you miss the 7-day window, simply visit https://support.nasuni.com and click the "Forgot Password" button to set a new password.

  3. Update your Bookmarks: Replace any saved links to the legacy Community Portal or KB articles with links from within the new Community Portal.

What is not changing?

Historical case numbers and case content will remain unchanged. Users will be able to view historical cases in the new Community Portal, in the same manner as they do today.

Email support channels will remain unchanged; customers can still call or email  support@nasuni.com to open a support case.
