Permissions
You can only upload files and folders to locations where you have the “write permission”.
Existing Files or Folders
If you upload a file or folder with the same name as an existing item in the destination location, Web Access prompts you to choose one of these options:
If the item is a folder:
Keep both: Keeps the existing folder and uploads the new folder with the same name, with a number appended (for example, Folder (1)).
Cancel: Stops the upload of the new folder.
If the item is a file:
Keep both: keeps the existing file and uploads the new file with the same name, appending a number (for example, Report (1).docx).
Replace: Replaces the existing file with the new one.
Cancel: Stops the upload of the new file.
Once you make your selection, Web Access applies it to continue (or stop) the upload.

Folder Structures
As of Web Access version 10.3 and later, when you upload a folder, including nested folders, Web Access preserves the folder structure exactly as it appears on your computer.
Hidden Files and System Files
Web Access automatically skips common operating system hidden and system files during upload, such as:
.DS_Store (macOS)
Thumbs.db (Windows)
